GuardKey Returns & Warranty Policy

  

  We stand behind every GuardKey. Because this is a personal-safety device, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or develop a 

  fault — not for change of mind.


  5-Day Defect Warranty

  If your GuardKey arrives broken, doesn't power on, or stops working correctly within 5 days of delivery, we'll replace it free of charge (or

  issue a full refund if a replacement isn't available).


  What's covered

  - Item arrives damaged or non-functional ("dead on arrival")

  - A manufacturing defect appears within 5 days under normal use


  What's not covered

  - Change of mind, wrong color ordered, or no longer wanted

  - Damage from misuse, drops, water exposure beyond normal use, or unauthorized tampering

  - Normal battery wear or cosmetic marks from everyday carry

  - Items returned after 5 days


  How to make a claim

  Email us at guardkey@proton.me within 5 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A short photo or video showing the fault

  

  We'll review it within 2–3 business days and arrange a replacement or refund. For approved defect claims, we cover return shipping; for items

  that turn out not to be faulty, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.


  Refunds

  Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (or, for Cash on Delivery orders, by an agreed method) within 5–10 business days of

  us receiving and inspecting the returned item.


  This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
